 USP - Unique selling point (what your company/product does that makes it stand out), My Life TV's USP is that a lot of the content is made by prosumers 

Folksonomy - A way of sharing ideas across an online community. Achieved through geotagging, sharing ideas. tagging (folk - community, taxonomy - system so it is portmanteau) 

USC - User generated content - the media made by prosumers in the digital age.

Social media aggregation - using online tools (such as hoot suite) - to pull together your online content so it is released across different social media to maximise the message you are sending. 

Social media sales funnel - marketing funnel is a path that your future customers or audiences travel through. 

Five stages 

- Awareness - Attracting people and showing that your product stands out. 

- Action - You want your future consumers/audiences to get involved with the product and to click on a link or sign up.
